Open the event in the app between 1-12 hours before your show starts and wait until the event reads: "event prepared".

If you don't see "event prepared", try the following:

• Check for a good internet connection

​

• Close all other apps - especially media player apps​

​

• Check device memory is not at capacity ​

​

• ​Android only: Go to phone settings > app settings > darkfield radio settings > clear cache 

​

• Restart the Darkfield Radio app

​

• Restart the device

​

​

If non of the above resolve the technical issue and your show says

"event preparing"  please contact us here
