Turn on “Do Not Disturb” mode so you don’t get interrupted

Close all other apps before you start - especially audio apps

Make sure you have a good internet connection

Light not too bright - so it is dark when you close your eyes

You could try a small side / coffee table between two chairs in your kitchen, or a table close to the kitchen will do.
