HOW CAN I BUY TICKETS TO A DARKFIELD RADIO SHOW?

DO I NEED TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET?
Yes - you need to be connected to the internet to experience the show. Do not put your phone into airplane mode.
WHAT CAN I DO TO ENSURE I HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE?
Ensure you follow the instructions in the show details, or within the audio. They may require you to sit in a specific environment e.g. a kitchen at a table.
If you have a slow running phone, we recommend closing down other apps that your phone is running that might compete with the phone’s memory performance.
We recommend you turn on 'Do Not Disturb' mode so your phone doesn't recieve notifications during the show.
Do not put your phone into airplane mode - you need an internet connection for the show to run.

All tickets are non-refundable. If your enjoyment of the performance is in any way compromised due to the malfunctioning of the Darkfield Radio App, we will book you into an alternative show. You can find our full terms and conditions here.

I BOUGHT TICKETS BUT CANNOT SEE THE SHOW IN 'MY EVENTS' ON THE APP
You must enter your access code into the app for the show to appear in 'My Events'.
If you cannot see the show you have bought a ticket to on the app, or if it doesn't start, check that on the LIVE page the event is showing ‘event prepared’ in green.
If it is showing ‘event preparing’ - make sure that you are connected to internet shut down the app and reopen.
I AM NOT RECIEVING NOTIFICATIONS BEFORE THE SHOW
Make sure you have enabled notifications on your device settings for the Darkfield Radio App.
MY SHOW SAYS 'EVENT PREPARING' AND IS NOT STARTING
Check you have an active working internet connection.
Restart the application and try to open the show again.

QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
Open the event in the app between 1-12 hours before your show starts and wait until the event displays: "event prepared" in green.
Check for a good internet connection
Android only: Go to phone settings > app settings > darkfield radio settings > clear cache
Close all other apps - especially media player apps
Check device memory is not at capacity
Restart the Darkfield Radio app
